Pam’s Vegan "Egg" Nog
makes 1 quart
A friend of mine brought this delicious vegan "egg" nog to a party. We all loved it.
12 oz silken tofu
1 very ripe banana
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 ½ tablespoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup almond milk
1 cup rice milk
1 ½ cups soymilk
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth & frothy.
It will keep for two days in fridge.
